• If cancellation is notified 12 days prior to departure date, full refund
• If cancellation is notified 7 days prior to departure date, 70% of travel fee will be compensated
• If cancellation is notified 5 days prior to departure date, 50% of the travel fee will be compensated
• If cancellation is notified 3 days prior to departure date, 30% of travel fee will be compensated
• If you cancel on the day of departure or fail to attend without contacting us (no-show), 0% of the travel fee will be compensated.
