- Charter bus seats are on a first-come, first-served basis/no assigned seats.

- Orderliness in group activities, punctuality, and avoidance of disruptive noise.

- Drinking and dancing on tour buses is against the law.

[For overnight travel]

• If cancellation is notified 14 days prior to departure date, full refund
• If cancellation is notified 10 days prior to departure date, 70% of travel fee will be compensated
• If cancellation is notified 7 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the travel fee will be compensated.
• If cancellation is notified 5 days prior to departure date, 30% compensation of travel fee
• If you cancel on the day of departure or fail to attend without contacting us (no-show), 0% of the travel fee will be compensated.
